Need advice

Out of my total investment in crypto I have nearly invested 42% in polygon(previously matic) and it has been not showing any good upside and moving in a range which is very frustrating my other investments are ETH,SOL what should I do should I exit and find an another alternative anyone can explain me the practical application of these three crypto or should I change my portfolio?? (I am currently looking at Avax as an alternative of Polygon in my portfolio),not have enough knowledge of crypto currency and it’s related things currently looking into it purely as investment but will start learning in near future as it’s seems interesting
