Are BTC ETFs risky? My mom wants to move out of fiat & into BTC, but too scared to lose her Seed phrase. Will an ETF suffice?

My mom is getting older and is losing faith in fiat money. She wants to transfer her wealth into BTC… only caveat is the fact she has a problem with losing thing and she doesn’t trust herself with holding on to a seed phrase or a Bitcoin wallet.

Do you think a BTC etf would suffice? Or is paper Bitcoin a total scam and should be avoided at all costs? She also wants to make it easy to add beneficiaries to the account.
