Staking/lending loops

I’ve been staking sol for a while, but I’ve not really done anything more than that – I typically just hold. I’ve tried figuring out staking/lending loops but I’ve never really understood how to do them comfortably without taking on too much risk. Holding mainly BTC and ETH, and a little SOL, SEI & NEAR

I’ve seen people mention lido + borrow loops for eth, aave for basic collateral setups, and I looked at YEI for SEI stuff. Anyone got any recommendations? Solid Guides? Easy mistakes I should avoid? Ways to make sure risk doesn’t get out of hand?
