The newly listed tokens, TITAN1 and TITAN2, were issued by Ctrl Alt and are now available on the Bitfinex Securities exchange. The offerings are regulated by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), providing a licensed structure for investors to access equity markets through blockchain.
Broader Access, Lower Barriers
Jesse Knutson, Head of Operations at Bitfinex Securities, hailed the listings as a turning point for tokenized finance, noting that the new products will open access to alternative investments and streamline the capital-raising process.
“These offerings represent a pivotal shift,” Knutson said. “We’re reducing traditional barriers to entry while giving issuers and investors new tools for market access.”
The TITAN listings represent the exchange’s move beyond digital bonds and into equity-based blockchain securities, expanding the use case for tokenized financial products.
