Trump’s tariff war, his weak and misguided “crypto strategies,” and the ongoing Quantitative Tightening in the U.S. are heavily suppressing the crypto market. Unemployment is rising, while inflation remains stubbornly high. Typically, when unemployment rises, the Fed responds with Quantitative Easing (QE), which helps lower inflation. However, due to the tariff mess, even QE may struggle to curb inflation effectively, putting the Fed in a difficult position.
The U.S. economy is in rough shape, making it unlikely that bullish momentum will come from the U.S. market.
On the other hand, global fiat supply is increasing, which could inject liquidity into high-risk asset markets, including crypto.
Could this be the only hope for an altcoin season? What are your thoughts?
